If you have problems seeing your "Basket Contents"
in the online store, it is likely due to your security
settings in your browser. In Internet Explorer, for
example, you would need to use the following menu sequence:

Shipping Policy
Ship-To Countries: We ship to the United States and
Canada directly from our online store. If you reside outside
of these countries, please contact
Customer Service before placing your order to get quotes
on shipping rates.
We offer three levels of shipping service as follows:

Please note: Orders are shipped the next business
day (Monday to Friday) after they are received. Orders placed
on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Federal Express will NOT leave a Home Delivery without a signature.
If you will not be home to sign for your package, please call
Customer Service at (800) 996-9327 to waive the signature
requirement.
Holidays
Agilite and its shipping providers will not be shipping
or delivering on:
- New Year’s Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Additional USPS holidays include:

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with
the merchandise (see our warranty)
you received from us prior to use, simply contact us, toll
free at (800) 996-9327 for a return merchandise authorization
number.
Include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone
number, what you are returning and why, and instructions about
your choice of exhange or refund. Please be sure to ship the
package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
Our usual turnaround time, with shipping, is about three
weeks. However, you can reduce that to about one week by using
expedited shipping (two-day service or similar); we will return-ship
the package to you in the same manner.
If your original purchase was made using a credit card, we
will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon
receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement
item(s) when shipped.

Care of Equipment
With proper care, your Agilite equipment will give you and
your dog years of enjoyment. Most importantly, on the Hurdle
and Tire Jump avoid crushing the ends of the aluminum tubing
on the frames, which will make assembly difficult. Should
the Tire Jump suspension cord or the Hurdle cross bar hook
and loop connectors wear out, simply replace (you can contact
us for replacements at a nominal charge). If desired,
clean all equipment with soap and water. Storing when not
in use will prevent soiling and cosmetic wear and tear.

Warranty
Agilite warrants all of its products to be free of material
and manufacturing defects for a period of one year following
the original purchase date. This warranty is extended to the
original purchaser only and does not include damage due to
normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse or misuse of the product.
This warranty is void if the product has been altered or modified
in any way. Original purchase receipt required for all warranty
claims.
